Spring into Fitness Programs

Hello All, the good weather is here and with that comes more time outside. Staying Alive Fitness will be hosting a Learn to Run Clinic Tuesday and Thursday nights starting May 23rd. This is a clinic for every “body”!

We will be running on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and on Thursdays we will have a guest speaker at our facility at 6:30pm and then our run will follow at 7:00pm. This is a 10 week program and goal is to work ourselves up to a 5K run. The cost for this program is $80 +HST which includes a 10 Week Full Use Membership at Staying Alive Fitness.

To all of you new moms out there if you’re having trouble fitting exercise into your routine have we got the solution for you!

Starting on May 18th at 2:00pm we are introducing Mommy and Baby Fitness to our class schedule. The workouts are designed to help re-energize, destress, tone and love you post-pardum body in a safe environment! Small class sizes offered to ensure each mom gets well deserved attention. This is baby friendly space where mom can workout but also tend to baby’s needs.

Cost per class is $10.00 +HST or you can purchase a pack of 10 classes for $90.00 +HST.

  1. I am interested in the baby and me classes I just wanted to know what time and day are the classes and do they run all the time or is it only for like 8 weeks at a time.
