ATP: (adenosine triphosphate) is a fancy name for the word energy. I want to be your energy, however my version of ATP stands for “Accountability Training Partner”.

An accountability partner is someone you choose that will help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. I want to help you reach your health and wellness goals that is what this program is all about!

This is a free and optional program but if you are someone who needs a little extra motivation getting to the gym or during your workouts or just someone to help you along the way this is the program for you.

The big question is how do I stay accountable?

For this program to work there are many tools in my belt:

  • Meetings to set Goals
  • Weekly Weigh Ins
  • Monthly Measuring
  • Emails
  • Monitoring Attendance and Action towards our Goals
  • Group Workout Meetings

This list above is an example of the methods we will use to stay accountable but we don’t have to utilize them all.

Why wait any longer, sign up, set some goals and let’s work together to meet those goals.
