Leanne Monaghan


Leanne Monaghan’s qualifications as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) set her apart from your average Personal Trainer. With her knowledge of medical pathologies, Leanne can create a custom made program for rehabilitating clients with limitations, in conjunction with the clients’ physician or physical therapist. Furthermore, Leanne can offer assistance with diet modifications, should weight loss be the goal.

Terry McCann


Terry has always made fitness a part of his life. He’s been personal training clients for over 20 years and is now a Personal Trainer Specialist. He’s played up to Junior and Senior A hockey in his home province of Newfoundland. He’s competed in 48 hour Adventure Races, Mountain Bike Races, Ultra Trail Running events and Triathlons.

Terry’s passion is to bring out the best in his clients.

In his down time he enjoys walking his 2 dogs, in-line skating and kayaking.

Jenn Seeler


Jenn is a resident of Acton and has been working at Staying Alive Fitness since 2008. She is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Wellness Advocate. She has trained and worked with various demographics: children, men, women, pregnant women, postnatal women, group fitness and 1-on-1. Physical activity and proper nutrition have been a constant through Jenn’s changing lifestyle. From university and post-graduate school, to working full-time, having two children, and now, juggling a family 4, Jenn strives to lead an intentional healthy lifestyle. Jenn is aware of the daily demands of a busy life and knows how important it is to take time for yourself and incorporate physical activity and good nutrition into your life. Jenn is a Registered Social Worker who understands how vital mental wellness is on our health and fitness journey. Jenn believes life is busy, chaotic and hectic but it’s also beautiful, joyful and full of adventure and you have all the tools to live your best life!

Jessica Deeth


Jessica (commonly known as Jess) is a soon-to-be bride, dog mom and the creator of our Red Light! Green Light! kid’s interactive fitness program. As someone who struggled with body image from a young age, fitness became a part of Jess’s lifestyle in her early teenage years and now being in her twenties; her mission is to help others integrate health into their lifestyle no matter where you’re starting. Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) for the past 5 years after completing her Fitness and Health Promotion diploma. Jess has also completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She has trained and worked with a wide variety of demographics including children, athletes, rehabilitation and group fitness classes. Jess has a background in working closely with rehab practices and has a passion for helping people work through their injuries and imbalances.
