An 8-Week Program for 11-16 year old females
2 Spring sessions starting April 7th & 8th
Every Tuesday 7:00-8:30PM

8-week yoga program for 11-16 year old females. Half the class will be a yoga flow and the second half will be discussions and activities surrounding issues female youth face today. This program is run by Registered Social Worker Jennifer Seeler. Topics are not limited to but include: self-image, healthy relationships, assertiveness and boundaries, leadership skills, critical thinking, goal setting and coping with anxiety/stress to promote healthy mental wellness. 2 program sessions starting: 1) Tuesday April 7th, 2020 and will run every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30 p.m. 2) Wednesday April 8th, 2020 and will run every Wednesday from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Program is $130.00 plus HST. No drop-ins as we want to keep this a consistent group to promote trust and relationship building.
