Join in for the joyful practice of yoga. This class uses a combination of yoga flow, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. An all levels class with focus on alignment, so students can take postures to a deeper level.

Mind, Body, Spirit, as one entity to nurture health and vitality of the human form: a concept we all should strive to follow. Yoga focuses on opening energy channels throughout the body with specifically designed postures, visualizations and meditation.

Practicing Yoga creates and restores balance and teaches you to be aware of your body and how you are moving it. It is a marvelous means of exercising, stretching, and strengthening the body, so it can be healthy, long-living, and a vital instrument of the mind and soul.
