We all exercise hard to stay fit, but there is a huge component of health that happens in the kitchen too! Come join us as Leanne shares some of her favourite recipes.  We will cook, laugh, and talk about how to live a healthy lifestyle.

During our complimentary event, we will discuss:

  • why some foods makes us feel differently
  • how what we eat can impact how we take care of ourselves
  • how to nourish yourself with healthy and delicious whole foods and drinks
